Not many of us like winter, but we all look forward to summer as it’s the best time to engage in  some outdoor sports, especially water sports. White water activities. 

Kayaking, canoeing, rafting and rowing are usually all part of white water activities. These can end up giving you the best workout for your upper body and if done with friends can be great fun. White water rafting is usually done on rapid waters with a group of people, this can get very intense so you must be well prepared.

Snorkelling and Scuba diving

Snorkelling and scuba diving is done in the seas, especially when people go on vacation. Many beach resorts have the facilities for you to enjoy this, as they are well aware of its demand. Surfing is done in the sea as the ocean waves are high. Attempting to surf in a place where there are high waves can be dangerous if you are inexperienced and not supervised. Many beaches have instructors to show you how to do it. All you may need is a surfing board and you’re good to go. Once you master the skill it can be a very fun activity and a good workout as well.
